Job Description
 Monitor maintain & control inventory  To issue materials to the department as per the requisitions and schedule.  To receive the materials supply by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the purchase department.  To check the materials for compliance with Purchase Order and control Specifications.  To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts Department for payment along with GRN.  To organize the materials category-wise and stock in the appropriate location.  To take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.  Daily GRN process and updating the stock.  Daily Stock accountability & reconciliation.  Maintaining reconcile Stock Report for Consumables and Packing material.  Analyse the variances in the inventory levels and correct the gaps in consultation with user departments.  To take action for disposal of scrap materials as per the scrap management procedure.  To maintain housekeeping of stores.  To follow safety procedures for ensuring safety materials and men working in stores.  To maintain all the documents up to date.  Maintain profitable inventory control.  Transport Management.  To participate in Internal/External audit as per periodic Audit Programme.
