Job Description
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations. 2. Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including identifying staffing needs, conducting job interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. 3. Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. 4. Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth. 5. Manage performance appraisal process and work with department managers to address performance issues and provide coaching and feedback when necessary. 6. Provide guidance and support to department heads and supervisors on HR matters. 7. Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 8. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records. 9. Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement strategies to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction. 10. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to drive data-based decision making.
